Week 1 Success - Week 2 Pain
Week 1 was a success. I completed each of my scheduled workouts in the morning hours. . My being on vacation helped tremendously. Week 2 is where the rubber meets the road for me. I am back to work. The test phase is behind me. I made today’s work out, but I am dragging along at work. I’m thrilled to know that I can do it though. Making a workout in the morning is huge success for me. Each morning victory erases the pile of failures behind me.
